Customer Journey Maps + User Personas
The client needed us to create a set of customer journey maps and personas, that are of a unified style and layout - something that they can use consistently going forward. The clients requested for a tool that they can use and make changes any time, hence powerpoint was the agreed solution. Powerpoint would be the tool to combine the content, icons and illustrations (designed and illustrated in Illustrator).
The client provided us the content for the Personas in powerpoint format, where we’d then disect the information and design it in a way where there’s structure and visual hierarchy. For the Customer Journey Maps, the content were given in excel files but based on discussion with the client, we wouldn’t need to include all the content. With the confirmed content, we did minor copywriting and designed it where one is able to see the different swim lanes clearly.
