Cross-border Payments App (Localisation)
Using Visa’s flexible payment networks, this app aims to push payments to nearly every bank account in the world through a single connection. This will enable consumer and business transfer use cases such as transferring funds to an individual, paying for services, splitting a bill and more.

I worked alongside the main product designer under Visa Innovation Centre (Singapore) to create various screens across the customer journey, focusing on localisation and the different country requirements (on remittance).

I conducted market research through existing remittance apps, researched on best UX practices, created lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes, designed the final screens, including creating and designing the Experience guide in powerpoint.

Understanding how different countries have different regulations when it comes to banking, remittance.
Simplifying a mostly complicated process for the target users will improve the overall user experience, reducing the amount of friction a user normally faces using a similar app.
